What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a small cancellation fee. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
How do I prepare for a cleaning appointment?
There's minimal preparation needed. We recommend tidying personal items and valuables before our team arrives. For vehicle detailing, please remove personal belongings from the car. Our team will take care of everything else.
What does commercial kitchen cleaning include?
Our commercial kitchen cleaning covers exhaust hood and filter degreasing, grease trap cleaning, deep cleaning of all cooking surfaces and equipment, floor scrubbing, and sanitization of prep areas. We ensure your kitchen meets health and safety inspection standards.
Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for children, pets, and the environment. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please let us know when booking and we'll accommodate accordingly.
Do you offer recurring cleaning plans?
Absolutely! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning plans for both residential and commercial clients. Recurring clients receive priority scheduling and discounted rates.
What is included in a vehicle detailing package?
Our vehicle detailing includes interior vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, dashboard and trim wipe-down, exterior hand wash, clay bar treatment, and paint polish. Full detail packages also include paint correction and ceramic coating options.
How long does a typical residential cleaning take?
The duration depends on the size and condition of your home. A standard clean for a 2–3 bedroom home typically takes 2–4 hours. Deep cleans or post-renovation cleans may take longer. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
